The Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) for Nurses, together with PRC Regional Office VIII, PNA Region VIII, and ADPCN, conducted the Face-to-Face Mass Oathtaking of New Nurses on February 6, 2026, at the Tacloban City Convention Center.
A total of 919 PNLE November 2025 passers, including graduates of San Lorenzo Ruiz College of Ormoc, Inc., officially took their oath as Registered Nurses. The ceremony was led by Hon. Mila Delia M. Llanes, with a congratatory message from Dir. Armond M. Englis.
Ms. Jasmine Alvez was recognized on stage as one of the Top 10 PNLE November 2025 passers, bringing pride to the institution. On the same day, Hon. Llanes also addressed newly registered nurses and Level IV nursing students during a symposium attended by fourth-year nursing students.
Congratulations to the PNLE 2025 passers on this remarkable milestone. ๐Ÿงก
